State-based legislation

NSW - New South Wales Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

VICTORIA - Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600).

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA - Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.

QUEENSLAND - Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA - Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

TASMANIA - Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence: for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor.

Our website

Prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST (where applicable) and all products are sold on a ‘while stocks last’ basis. Mixology reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders where products are out of stock.

Mixology may offer promotions or special offers on our website from time to time which are subject to availability and may be terminated at any time without prior notice. See our Orders & Delivery Policy for more information about ordering.

Errors and omissions

We acknowledge that errors may occur – Mixology reserves the right to cancel any orders where a product inadvertently appears on our website at the wrong price.

Risk and delays

Risk of damage, deterioration or loss passes to the customer on delivery. Where we are unable to fulfil your order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Mixology we may cancel your order and accepts no responsibility for the delay.

Delivery restrictions

To purchase from our website you must be over 18 years of age (verifiable by ID) and specify a domestic shipping address within Australia that is not an area deemed a dry zone under Australian law.

In the event that any provision in our Terms & Conditions or stated policies are unlawful, void or unenforceable, those provisions will be severed and will not effect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
